You haven't mention, which operating system version you are working on.
Assuming you are unable to find in windows programs or search.
and Assuming you have windows 10, do following...
1. Go to link and install windows essentials Link
"archive=>dot=>org=>Slash=>details=>Slash=>wlsetup-all_201802"
(replace => <character> => with slash)
2. After installation started, select option "choose program you want to install"
3. Select "Photo gallery and movie maker"
