I totally agree with Mr. Sp.Bharathy.
To minimise the side effects, you should reduce the inflammatory response(Bradykinin, Serotonin) which could cause damages to the body.
The inflammatory response creates stress in the body by a harmone called Cortisol.
For each ejaculation, the fraction of Electrolyte inbalance increases at a rate resulting in direct and indirect effects
1. Tiredness
2. Reduction in mental concentration
3. Inability to attain peak physical performance
4. Loss of stamina
5. Depression
6. Hair loss
7. Muscle loss
