How to overcome tension for an upcoming test? Please help...I'm really tensed

First take a deep breath and release. Do meditation for few minutes sincerely (Just focus on inhaling and exhaling). And be self-confident. Say to yourself that "I can do this. I understood the concept so I can perform my best."
Think of positive result. Don't lose your confidence till the end. Stay calm and cool.
