as you know molecular weight of HCl=36.48g/mol
Density=1.16
So volume required for 1L=Mass/density=36.48/1.16=31.44 mL
Your weight percentage is 35%
So,for 1L of 1N/1M HCl, volume required=31.44/35%=89.85 mL
You want to prepare 100 mL
so you have to take 8.985mL of HCl from the conc. HCl and add water upto 100 mL
