you have to be confident to speak what is ur topic about .
you must know what ru talking about Listen to speeches given by great men such as Abraham Lincoln on the net.
See how they speak. Carefully observe their body language while speaking.
Then Rehearse.
Also, download and read pdf files on synonyms, antonyms and one word substitutions.Constant practise. Write the points you want to mention pertaining to your topic. Rework them. Incorporate them into a body. Again edit the entire thing to make it smoother. Highlight the transition points, and try to divide it into 3 divisions (Introduction, Body and Conclusion).

Record yourself reading it out. Check for how well you can remember the theme and points. (try too incorporate around 2–3 examples)

Re-edit to make sure it isn’t to drawn out or too pedantic.

Once you have a final draft practise it, till you are the master of it.

YOU CAN’T PRREPARE. you can only do well if you practice speaking and talking in English. Enhance your vocabulary. Get addicted to books. Read books whenever you can which ever genre is your favourite. Later you can also switch to books not in genre. Thats the ONLY way. It ain’t science that you can learn it in a night. It is far more ambiguous and has to be practiced.
