First of all prepare a time table for yourself with all your subjects then divide the time...give most of your time to the subjects which u feel need some practice then move on to the stronger subjects...take regular break so that u don't stress out...nd make sure that u follow this timetable...
best of luck..

Start preparing before 2 weeks. Be thorough with the lessons, read them at least twice. There is no need to create a schedule and all that stuff but if you feel like it you are more of a scheduled person and this will help you then you can definitely create your own schedule. Please do not stay up all night it will result in humongous stress and you will noy remember ANYTHING which you have studied the earlier night. If you are a morning person then you can study for one hour in the morning if not you can set a particular time at night.
Make sure you start revising before 2 weeks and start revising the important and toughest subjects first. If you are not perfect with any subject revise it again. Make sure you study at least 2 hours everyday. You may have to sacrifice your holidays for it, but trust me its worth it. Also, conduct quizzes and self tests to test your knowledge and write imposition of all the questions which you have answered wrong. It is the key to perfection! Do not think studies as your burden and remember hard work is the key to success! ALL THE BEST
