Answer:
Hello, firstly it is really good that you are geared up at such a young age, it will surely be a benefit not only for your jee exam but also for other exams like jstse, ntse, olympiads like nsec, nsep, kvpy and a plethora of other things.
I would like to help you step by step. So if you start the actual preparation now, it will be extremely hazardous. At your age, base building is absolutely essential. You can join a coaching, it will definitely be beneficial, it will streamline your preparation for other exams and your school as well. If this option doesn't suit you, I would advise you to do the following:
1) Build a strong base: For that, you should start doing books for olympiads for class 6 and 7 and 8. You should try to match what all chapters intersect with your future classes, try to bifurcate them, and layer by layer start covering the syllabus, first of your standard, then of the higher standard (7th,8th,9th, 10th).(you will observe that if a chapter of your standard matches the higher standard, it will be just a subset of that standard, so try to cover holistically).
2) Don't rush: Since you are a school student, it actually becomes difficult analyse everything at this age, so go slow, first your own standard then the next one and so on…
3) Take guidance: Try to ask teachers, elder brother or sister, parents to guide you, or maybe a coaching will suffice.
4)Take part in olympiads: All the competitive olympiads give a very holistic view of your present status. The mathematics exams like manavsthali, Imo, aryabhatta, and other school conducted exams are very beneficial. Try science ones too.
5) Knowledge never gets wasted: There will be plenty of people telling you that what you all study will not be of any use, but believe me, you never know what comes handy at what point of your life, give your heart and soul to each and every topic you study (including subjects), this will not only increase your capacity to study, but also your concentration, aptitude, personality and of course marks.
7)Books: Try completing RS Agarwal, Rd Sharma of 6,7,8. And comprehensively complete science books as well(whichever is recommended). Then try Olympiad books of these standard and give alot of olympiads. A few books like hcv of younger classes you can give a shot to or Ak Singh chemistry are very good books. Some others which I remember are talent and Olympiad , first step towards iitjee by arihant publication, quantitative aptitude preparation by arihant are extremely beneficial.
Remember, you have to chase your dreams, thousands of people will tell you it is too early, but if you want to do something great, start early, but in right direction.
Again, Don't get bogged down by all this, enjoy as well, but remember you have to learn to love study first, everything else will sort out.
Lastly, I have seen many passing very sarcastic remarks, just remember, kuch to log kahenge, logon ka kaam hai kehena, chodo bekaar ki baaton Mai kahi beet na jaaye Raina. You will love your journey and will cherish it, provided you go through these steps thoroughly, I assure you, the fact that you thought about it is itself a big thing, but make it bigger. I hope God gives you alot of opportunities and success.
Good day!!
Hope it helps.
