▶Methods are:-

[1] Freezing samples in liquid nitrogen: adjust pH and salt concentration, it depends on your protein. add 5%- 20% glycerol to your sample before you freeze them in liequid nitrogen and then store them at -80°C.
[2] Adjust pH and salt concentration and add to 50% glycerol, store samples at -20°C directly (don't freeze them in liquid N2).
[3] Lyophylization. and store at 4°C or -20°C.
