1)Put down fibre logs on steep slopes.
2)Improve drainage more so unto areas with heavy water runoff may require installing an underground perforated drainage pipe.
3)Avoid soil compaction.
4)Add mulch or rocks to weigh down the soil and protect the seeds and young plants underneath from getting washed away.
5)Plant grass and shrubs unto the bare soil which is easily swept away by wind and water.
6)Use mulch matting to hold vegetation on slopes.
