ळ् ḷ – retroflex “l”

You have to pronounce it as zha ( I hope you know how z is pronounced with h ( the ‘s’ sound in z is removed)...
It is pronounce the same way as in Marathi...

You to touch your toungue in the upper palatte of mouth ...
