tan(90-42) tan(23) tan(42) tan(90-23)

tan(90-x) = cot x

→ cot(42) tan(42) tan(23) cot(23)

tan(x) cot(x) =1
→ =1

Mutahhir: bt how do u know that tan(x) cot(x)= 1
RöH84: cot(x) = 1/tan(x). that is cot is the resiprocal of tan
RöH84: similarly, Cosec is the resiprocal of Sin and Sec is the resiprocal of Cos
Mutahhir: thanks
Mutahhir: now i understood
RöH84: you are welcome!!
