You should always watch on the person's eye movements like wrinkles on eyes and the time period for they blink their eyes and you should notice that wether he/she is directly looking into your eyes or not .

These observations will help you know someone is lying or not but if a person have mastery in lying then you can't do anything . you can just use a lie detector machine .
