see what I think there is nothing called anxiety "it's all the mind .." n what I would suggest is that it's good to sleep the whole day probably so that the next ur mind is fresh n ur exam would be the best all ur hardworking will bear fruit to u . don't do anything if u r feeling soo much anxious then do one thing stop unnecessary thoughts in your mind .....relax ..... do yoga ..... or else what I would do is go to a pub ......the best don't drink but .... enjoy the music and dance ..... nothing else .........

To reduce stress :
You should take your meals properly, you should exercise daily, try to do everything best etc....
But you have a problem that you sleep more and more. So first of all you should know that "you cannot control everything".
To sleep is important, but for a student, sleep for 8 hours is enough, set alarms in such a way that you do not sleep after dismissing it like 6.00 ,6.05 ,6.10.... in such a way you will get awaken by alarm again and again and ultimately your sleepiness will will run out of your way....
