Yes, stress is a common for all while studying but if fight to reduce your stress U'll get success as well as excellence in your life. Stress= Depression. I also got stress in my life and in that situation I want to die but I follow these steps....
Steps to fight to your stress are as follows :-
1 - Yoga. Best gives ability to fight against it.
2 - Exercise. keeps your mind saturated in any work.
(Note = Both yoga and exercise are different. To know difference follow me I will tell)
3 - Health diet.
4- Do free study . No tension / Free mind / No worry.
