★ You cannot register individually. There is only one way to register in NSEP; that is via school. You have to ask your school to register you in NSEP.
★ You can contact any school which conducts the exam and register for the exam contacting HOD PHysics of the school. Check IAPT website for the list of schools which conducted the exam recently and approach nearest centre as soon as possible.
There are instructions on the official website . NSEP is conducted by IAPT .
