How to remember such vast chapters and their exact dates of history? Is there any trick to do so? Please reply

For history chapters to be learnt here's a trick:
1. Draw a timeline table of the events sequentially and stick it to your room wall ,it will definitely help..
2.Go through the summary of chapters first and then start with the reading.....
3.Mark important points and on a second reading just read those points...
4.Solve back questions given after each chapter....if time permits...
5.Be happy and don't worry:) ...
