Cry if you feel like it. Notice if you feel relief after the tears stop. Write in a journal, listen to music, spend time with friends or family, and/or draw to express the emotion sadness. Talk to someone who u trust so much.

Hey!

Look dude, asking people the ways to remove sadness won't work. You'll have to accept what has happened and bury it, deep enough so that it won't ever sport itself again. Meanwhile you're sad, just share it with your family, after all family's all that we got here and everything else's fake. Just be calm, handle yourself, love what you do and play! Playing would never let you realize your sadness! Grab a ball, and find some guys!

Using knives and spilling blood will cost you just your life, and that ain't a good thing.
