Draw a line segment 5.6 cm .
name them A and B
The line A and B extend to C such that C= 1 cm
Now find midpoint O of line AC
now O as centre and OA as radius draw semicircle on B
now draw a line from B
now B as centre and BD as radius draw semicircle on E
thus BD= BE = √5.6
