How to respond when someone ask you how you are so sweet?

Hello!!!

First off, you should thank them because its actually a compliment!! Most likely it'll be a rhetorical question so you could answer with something witty and funny like "I don't know....maybe its coz of my sweet tooth!" Or, you could just shrug it off and say thank you.

✳️I think the proper response would be to return the compliment. When someone abuses us we instinctively return the abuse, but we forget to do that with a compliment at times. That's because we instinctively blush at compliments. Nothing wrong in that. But after your cheeks return to their usual color, you should return the compliment
