As I'm a ICSE Board student I would like to suggest you some tips:

1.Sleep Early

2.Woke up at 5 am because that is the time no one disturbs you.

Study Tricks:

Never Study 1 day before exam (I mean that you should study everything before that exam because headache can make you forgot everything what you read).
