When u text ur question or answer above the keyboard u can see 5 different icons In that u can select the camera one or the gallery.

u can't send pic during texting anyone.

but you can send pic(question) as a question ...
take a pic from camera and in mobile next to the camera stick there is one gallery option click there and upload the pic from gallery .
