→ to separate butter from milk first we need to take some full butter milk in a test tube. Then centrifuge it by using a centrifuging machine we can also use a milk churner . The denser particles are forced to remain at the bottom and the lighter particles stay at the top when spun rapidly .As butter is lighter than milk ,therefore butter will come at the top and we can separate it from the milk.
