how to separate rice from dried peas

use a set of stacking classifiers, or sieves, with different mesh sizes. The top mesh would be slightly smaller than the smallest pea, thus catching sll the peas. The second would be slightly smaller than the diameter of the rice, thus catching all the rice and allowing all the flour to fall through.
