First,make a good plan of your study.Daily spend minimum 1 hr for each subject.If you are attending any sort of extra classes,make a plan accordingly.Make sure you enjoy max 1.5 hrs for entertainment.Sleep should be 6.5 hrs to 8 hrs.Don't sleep lesser or more than the given time.

you should set your time table in such a way that all your subjects are managed in that particular week.
For example-: if you are a science student, you should keep monday, tuesday, Wednesday for the three sciences and maths should be continued daily and history n geography should be done on thursday, Friday. again on Saturday n Sunday continue with sciences. If you have a test for any subject, give time to that subject only.Give at least 3 hours to yourself for self- study
