Newton's First Law of Motion states that an object at rest tends to stay at rest and that an object in motion tends to stay in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

firstly, u need to know the statement of newtons 1st law of motion-- newtons first law of motion states that a body at rest will remain at rest and a body in motion will remain in motion in the same direction... unless and untill an external force is applied on it....example...a cycle remains moving so long the force is applied on its pedal...if we stop pushing the pedal the cycle, the cycle stops...similarly,if we put off the engine of a car,the car stops....the horse cart stops when the horse stops moving and the boar stops after we stop pushing the oar,,..hope this helped....pl mark as brainliest. .
