when there is a negative power, remember that its always 1 by the given fractional no.
for ex (a/b)^-1 = 1/(a/b)
so the no. gets reversed i.e. b/a
now you can easily solve the given question.

If you have to simplify fractional numbers with negative powers, you have to just reciprocal the number and make the power positive.

For example,  \frac{5 ^{-2} }{18} = 18/5 to the power 2
