Simplest way is take the LCM as 15 and then proceed:
(2y*3+4*15+5*y)/15=3/15
6y+60+5y=3
11y= -57
y= -5.1818

 \frac{2y}{5} +4+ \frac{y}{3}= \frac{1}{5}   \\ \frac{2y}{5} + \frac{y}{3}= \frac{1}{5} -4

\frac{3(2y)+5y}{15}= \frac{1-20}{5} \\ \frac{11y}{15}= \frac{-19}{5}
y= \frac{-19(15)}{5(11)}=- \frac{57}{11}
