hey mate this is your answer:
firstly take α and β as is zeroes we know α×β =c /a , further u can find an equation formed u should have to find its zeroes put these zeroes instead of b and get your desired answer

 = ( {3a})^{2} - ( {b}^{2} - 2.b.2 + {2}^{2} )

 = ( {3a})^{2} - ( {b - 2})^{2}

 = (3a + b - 2)[3a - (b - 2)]

 = (3a + b - 2)(3a - b + 2)
