 =  >  ({3y}^{2}  - 9) \: ( {4y}^{2}  - 2y + 6)

\huge\underline\mathfrak{Answer-}

 =  > ( {3y}^{2}  - 9) \: ( {4y}^{2}  - 2y + 6)

 =  >  {3y}^{2} ( {4y}^{2}  - 2y + 6) \:  -  \: 9( {4y}^{2}  - 2y + 6)

 =  >  {12y}^{4}  - {6y}^{3}  + 18y^{2}  -  {36y}^{2}  + 18y + 54

 =  > {12y}^{4}   -   {6y}^{3}  -  {18y}^{2}  + 18y + 54
