Subtract 3 from 2

Multiply equation ( 1 ) with 100 we get

100x = 45.6666.....( 2 )

Multiply equation ( 2 ) with 10 , we get

1000x = 456.6666....------( 3 )

Subtract equation ( 2 ) from equation ( 3 ) we get

900x = 411

x = 411 / 900

Therefore ,

x = 0.456.... = 411 / 900
