Let 0.47 bar  = x 

then ,

10*x = 10*0.47bar 

10x = 4.7bar

then,  as there are 1 number under bar, then multiply by 10

now,

10*10x = 10*4.7bar 

100x = 47.7 bar 


subtract 10x from both sides,


100x=47.7bar
- 10x =-4.7bar 

bar will cancel 

then, 90x = 43

x= 43/90

then 0.47bar in p/q form is 43/90
