hey dear,

here is your answer...

[(64)^-2]^-3 /[{-8}^-2}^3]^2

after it solve power of (-8)^2=64 and multiply all other powers . in such questions we neeed to make the base same and then aplly rules on powers as i did this

[(64)^6]/{64}^6=1
