Let us consider we have a number
x=0.3 bar - - - - - - - - 1
Multipling by 10 on both sides
10x=3.3 bar - - - - - - - - - 2
Subtracting 1 from 2 we get,
10x - x =3.3 bar - 0.3 bar
9x=3
3x=1
x=1/3
Similarly all others questions can be solved easily
