Multiplying eq 2 by a we get

1+a/b+a/c=3a/2_____(3)

Multiplying eq 2 by b we get

b/a+1+b/c=3b/2______(4)

Multiplying eq 2 by c we get

c/a+c/b+1=3c/2_________(5)

From 3 we get a/b+a/c=(3a-2)/2

From 4 we get b/a+b/c=(3b-2)/2

From 5 we get c/a+c/b=(3c-2)/2

To find a/b+a/c+b/c+b/a+c/a+c/b

Putting the value from eq 4,3&5

(3a-2)/2+(3c-2)/2+(3b-2)/2

{3(a+b+c)-6}/2

Putting a+b+c

(3×6–6)/2=(18–6)/2=12/2=6

So 6 is the answer
