 \frac{1}{9} \times{3}^{1002}
 = {3}^{ - 2} \times {3}^{1002}
by laws of exponentials
 = {3}^{1000}

It can't be expressed further by normal calculation..
Hope this helps.

 =3^{1002} ×1/9
9 can be written as 3²
 =3^{1002} ×1/3²
=3^1002/3^2
according to laws of exponents a^m/a^n=a^m-n
=3^1002-2=3^1000
