Total cloth = 3 2/5 m

= 17/5 m

Cost of 17/5 m is Rs 442

So, the cost of cloth per meter

= Rs 442/(17/5)

= Rs.130

Given that the cost of 3 (2/5) m of cloth is 442.

= > 3 (2/5)

= > (17/5).

Now,

(17/5) m = 442

1 m =?

= > (442 * 5)/17

= > 2210/17

= > 130.

Therefore, the cost of cloth per metre = 130m.

Hope this helps!
