let x = √6+√6+√6.....∞ ...1
then x = √6+x from 1
squaring on both sides
x²=(√6+x)²
x²=6+x
=x²-x-6
=x²-3x+2x-6
=x(x-3)+2(x-3)
=(x+2)(x-3)
then x=-2,3
