∅in = 500√16×2.56×10-²

similarly
∅out = 5120√2
so ∅net = 5120(1-√2)
for enclosed charge
∅ = q/€
q = ∅€
= 5120(1-√2)×8.85×10-¹²
= -187.68×10-¹²
