This question is to solved by assuming F2=4x and F3=3x (since there ratio is 4:3)

Now you know the total of frequencies = 120+

so we can calculate F1 = 120-17-F2-F3-19

=120 - 17 - 4x - 3x - 19

= 84-7x

now Calculate the mean using the formula you know, you'll get all the values in x

then equate that value (which is in terms of x) to the mean given in question

you'll get the value of x

and put those value in F1, F2, F3

You'll get the missing frequencies
