X= 2 + 8 +SR
X= 10 +SR
X-10 =SR
SR = X-10

Hey,.
Let Side of the square be X,
So, it's side =x-10...since BS and RC are 2cm and 8 cm respectively, so SR=BC-BS+RC.
So, SR=x-(8+2)
SR=x-10 cm.
