first u have to learn parts of speech,tenses,vowels,consonants,..once u understand this start implementing in ur daily life..it doesn't matter if u speak wrong bt u should feel proud that i hvae tried to speak in english..nd ask ur frnds or relatives to correct u wn ever u speak wrong..

you speak what ever u know and see English channels and English movies and news and try to understand it . if u don't know any word meaning, try to see in dictionary.
