you should refer the most of grammar books so then you will be able to speak english in
an excellent way

Speaking enlgish is as easy as speaking your own language because you are confindent with your language and you know you are speaking right so if you want to speak English you have to be confident enough. And as much as with your own language. Read english novels, read newspapers and watch movies.

Dont be afraid its not a qualification, its a just a level of language which all aware with.
