Entropy is the arrow of time. It is a measure of order (or perhaps chaos) and gives us the perception of past, present and future. No one can stop entropy... yet. If we find a way to do that, we might as well live forever, hold mini wormholes in the palm of our hands and travel backwards, forwards and even sideways in time : )
Our sun is billions of years old and yet, it is a young star. It gives us life and will continue to do so for billions of more years. If we imagine the sun to be a 100-year-old person, the existence of the human race on earth has been for less than a blink of an eye for the sun. By the time he is about to die, human beings would have evolved or transcended to beings of much higher understanding to even bother to stop this celestial inevitability. What has begun one day, will end one day. For all we know, maybe one day, it will begin anew once again : )
