according to me,

• concentration is must-- u may sit at a calm place where there is no distraction.
• take only one subject at a time with only one book. if u study CBSE then u should first complete ur NCERT and then only u should take any other reference book.
• take 10 mins break after every 1 or 1 and a half hour which would help u to be fresh.
