To Study JEE Mains you just need to know the basics of the subjects because mostly question in JEE exams comes from the textbook itself. As you have 1 week left you need to work more harder and don't waste more time.

If you have to study for JEE mains start watching some YouTube channels which can give you some hints related to it.

study the Ncert book especially of class 11 because 12 class you might remember better than 11th. Don't take stress and try to solve previous year paper of JEE Mains.
