I also get nervous but I do two things which I think that I will not get nervous 1) when u r going to speak speech firstfoll speak in mirror make u r mirror as audience and 2) when u speak be in confidence and don't scare whatever u speak u tell in ur mind I am correct that's all what I do when I speak

if you want tell a speech without getting nervous .just be frank and tell everything .if then also u feel nervous then practice it in front of everyone of your family then you will be frank and became confident about the speech ..
