How to transfer saved files of c to another computer?

to transfer saved file of C to another computer is by :-
1. use USB cables
2. use wireless media like.. wifi, bluetooth, etc
3. use pendrive
right click on ths file then click on send to... and choose option from u want to transfer..
or u can also copy then paste
