RETURNING to the question,

firstly,
we can't unblock a message.. there's no option as such.

but there's an option of unblocking a (person)user at brainly
here's the steps

# go to the site and open the profile of the person ( in the site it will be better) i.e. brainly.in

# then there will be many options to block /unblock /report etc. near the message box

# the person will be unblocked.

#this doesn't apply if you have reported that user...u can't message him/her

Sorry to say, but we can't unblock anyone on app. For unblocking any person, you need to use site of our brainly, that is - BRAINLY.IN.

Kindly , follow the given steps to unblock a person-:

•Open brainly.in
•Visit the profile of the person.
•Then go to 'Write a message' option.
•Then you will see a statement saying 'you have blocked this user. Do you want to unblock' and an option of 'unblock' will be there.
•Click on 'Unblock' option.
