here's ur answer...
u can't unblock any user through app but u can unblock by following the methods ↓↓↓
1. search brainly.in google.
2. open it and join in.
3. give ur username and password.
4. then click on ur profile.
5. go to ur frnds list ( there will be icon in the upper right side).
6. search his or her username, whom u want to unblock.
7. click on - write a message
8. after sometime their will come an option to unblock.
9. click on the option and unblock.
10. and finally, send message.
