You can upload photos by touching the gallery button. You can see that in the bottom down 3 option.

I have done as a pic above. 3 option in that.

While answering you can see an attachment option right below the answering space. You can identify by it's folded paper clip shape.
Click on this option and then you will be redirected to your gallery from where you can select the attachment which you want to upload and VOLLA you have successfully uploaded your attachment.
